Case Management Employment Program

The Case management and Employment Program (CEP) has been providing supported employment services since 1983. CEP is funded by the Division of Developmental Disabilities Division of Vocation Rehab (DVR) and Social Security Ticket to work, Union County and is capable of serving any adult with disabilities residing in New Jersey.

Starting from the position that there is dignity in work and that all individuals who want to work have the ability to do so given the right supports, CEP has developed services to meet a variety of needs. CEP Employment Specialists work closely with individuals to develop specific plans that will assist them in obtaining and then maintaining community employment that matches their vocational interests and strengths.
